Week 1 in the 2017/18 MASL season came and went as some teams are still constructing their roster, but only two games are in the books. This week things start humming, with eight games between Thursday and Sunday.
The one to watch this week might be Cedar Rapids at Milwaukee. We expect both teams to make the playoffs out of the Central Division, but the last two times these teams met, the Wave won by a combined 22-5. Cedar Rapids won both early season meetings between the teams before the Wave shook off a 2-4 start.
